Winged Prayers Doves is focused on providing the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. An experienced handler will be present at your event to coordinate the release.

Read our policy carefully, that way everything is clear and there won't be any misunderstandings. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Our Policy

Winged Prayers Doves has the right to refuse service if we feel the request is unsafe for the doves.

Professional release handlers will accompany all releases. He or she will remain at the event until the doves are in the air. The attendant will be professional, punctual, and appropriately dressed.

One hour before the event begins, a Winged Prayers Doves handler will arrive with the doves.

Winged Prayers Doves will make the decision if the weather conditions are safe for the dove release. Doves aren't normally able to fly home safely in rain, sleet, snow, or strong winds.

**We will not release doves INDOORS.

**We will not release doves AT NIGHT.

**We will not release birds in INCLEMENT WEATHER…A light shower, maybe, but not in thunder and lightning or downpours.

**We will not ship birds by mail for self-release.

**We will not release birds beyond a range they are unable to safely fly home.

When releasing more than two dove, the doves will always join together before leaving the area, but due to trees or buildings you may not see them join. We wish we could say how many times the doves will circle, but only the doves know.

Deposit

For weddings and special events, in order to secure the date and price, a 50% deposit along with the signed contract must be received within 14 days after it is requested online or received in the e-mail. Please call before a contract is sent to make sure your date and time are available.

The remainder balance is due one month before the event.

We except checks, money orders, all major credit cards through PayPal, zelle or cash app.

We don't require a deposit for funerals, due to the nature of the circumstance.

Cancellations and Refund

You have the right to cancel our services at any time, but you may or may not receive a refund. Yes, we do offer refunds but please understand once we receive your signed contract, we don't take any other events in your time frame. We plan to attend your event. ** We offer a refund if Winged Prayers Doves cancels the dove release because the weather conditions are unsafe for the doves to fly. Please check the weather channel for an update and give us a call with any concerns. ** We offer a refund if a Winged Prayers Doves handler or your personal situation is uncontrollable such as an accident or illness. ** If you cancel our services due to a situation other than an accident or illness, please contact us for a refund consideration. ** We offer a refund if your event is canceled thirty days prior to the contracted event date. ** If you cancel our services within thirty days of the event due to a situation other than an accident or illness, please contact us for a refund consideration. ** We offer a refund If your event is canceled thirty days prior to the contracted date of the event. ** If an outdoor event has been moved indoors for any reason, this is not a reason to cancel out services or request a refund. We will meet you outside for the dove release. ** If the event runs late and the doves cannot be released due to weather or night fall, the deposit and any other payments will Not be Refunded. For example, if your event starts at 4:00 P.M. and the release is scheduled for 5:00 P.M. but the event doesn't start till 5:00 P.M. and the release at 6:00 P.M. and it starts to rain or the sunsets there will be No Refunds. ** Once the doves are in the air, there will be No Refund. Release Policy We offer the doves to be released from a basket only. Doves to be release – our dove handler will arrive before the event and remain at the event until the doves have been released. Our doves have never soiled a guest's clothing, but we cannot be responsible if this happens. We do not release the doves near or after dark. They need at least 1 hr. before sunset to return safely home. Please check the sunrise/sunset calendar before planning your dove release. The doves must be allowed enough time to arrive home safely. We allot a one-hour time frame from the release time specified in the contract. A fee of $75.00 will be charged for each additional hour after the scheduled release or display time. If you know you are going to run late, please call, it may save you a late fee. For example, if your event starts at 4:00 P.M. with a dove release at 5:00 P.M. You will have until 6:00 P.M. before you are charged a late fee. Dove Display The doves that are released may not be the doves that are on display. A Winged Prayers Doves handler will be there with the doves and cage one hour before the ceremony begins and will remain there until after the ceremony to pick up the cage. Displayed doves will not be handled by guests. Fees A fee of $75.00 will be charged for each additional hour after the scheduled release or display time. For example, if your event starts at 4:00 P.M. with a dove release at 5:00 P.M. You will have until 6:00 P.M. before you are charged a late fee. There is a $50.00 fee, if weather conditions force a cancellation after arrival and set up. We process credit and debit cards payments through PayPal, zelle, cash app or square. You must provide an email address so an invoice can be emailed. **Please read the policies thoroughly before signing our contract. You will be asked in the contract if you have read and understood the policies.
